I heard Carl Rove mention that the Clinton Admin ran discretionary domestic spending at 16%/yr clip while the Bush Admin kept it to +-1%. Bet that's the first time you heard that.

Why is it relevant? All the hard won control over welfare spending will be lost as Baboon, & PR, run discretionary spending at 50%.

When people are invited to act irresponsibly they will abandon all that they've achieved to do it. Why? The thought of getting something for nothing is a potent form of revenge.
