i think acco is making a mistake....i can see the argument for keeping your personnel by asking the entire employee pool (and management) to take a hair cut, but i should think to work, it is a matter of degrees....if they needed EVERYONE to take nearly 50% pay cut, these guys are in denial....and i think eventually they will have to lay off people
