Patrick: Good, well thought-through analysis. However, have you considered the impact of selling more Zip disks (because of increased Zip drive market presence). I'm having a hard time quantifying this one, primarily because I don't see any info in the SEC filings that breaks out the mfg cost, margins, etc, and also because I don't have a feel for how many Zip disks are being sold. This one could be a real key to the Gillette-style strategy (give away the razor, sell the blades), which has always worked, no matter the industry. Anyone have an educated guess?
