It's GOOD* to be a Billionaire!* Last year's 'World Finance Man of the Year'. <g> File photo of bank depositors queued to get their deposits out. (Apparently the Antiguan depositors may have better luck then the American ones.... The CDs contracts sold in the US contained a two month's notice requirement for early redemption... while time deposits in Antigua and other places seem to not have had such language in the contracts. When two month early notice period has rolled around for Americans, there may not be much left to recover):
