Defending Carter. That says it all.

This is a man who left office with a 33% approval rating, almost as low as GWB's -- and there wasn't even a f*ing war.

I mean, you can understand GWB having a lousy approval rating. But how bad was CARTER that he was that low?

I don't know, man. I'm thinking you're pretty weak here...
