since they don't know for certain{even within a few hundred million gallons} whether there is enough or any real quantity of oil- how concrete can these talks be? i am looking for a price base to buy and go long i like story stocks as much as anyone else- however- this talks with the majors mean diddly- how many offers does one make on a house and then buy a different one elsewhere and then see the same house still on the market FOR LESS 9 months later? sorry but my own blue{or dirty brown} collar logic must prevail- it has worked for me so far the past 30 years
