Two quick real estate comments.

I'm very glad I didn't bite on those two <exceptional> offers in Vegas. I am amazed to say that five listings for premium view condos have price reductions in the past week. And both of the units I thought sold are back on the MLS.

Second, simply an amazing increase in listings in Santa Monica, Venice, PP, Marina Del Ray, and parts of Malibu. All in the past week. Either there is a seasonal surge starting or awareness that even the premium areas are taking a hit and it is time to get OUT is increasing. There are so many in Santa Monica and Venice I've not had a chance to review them all and add them to my database. Have to do that this weekend and maybe post some numbers for the thread.
