E_K_S - didn't you start out buying SE in November last year? I see several posts from you regarding SE. I think it's a decent value here and that the 1$ dividend will hold. The new share issue is enough to fund the ongoing expansion with almost 50% equity which is typical for investment grade pipeline company. I also think that they are going to use the MLP vehicle SEP for funding as it's unit price has held up well. It may go lower but that's true for any stock. SE has been somewhat of a trading sardine for me and I captured some dividends. So far so good.
