Poet, I only did one segment in Santa Monica so far (condos 2 million or less), and it is not compared with RedFin numbers yet. There were an additional 31 new listings, for a total of 202. That is an increase of 18% in the past week to 2 weeks. I'll do the other segments and cities this week. Santa Monica and Marina Del Ray look to have the biggest listing increase so far. GT TH
