Money needed for a higher priority.. to defend ourselves from Global warming! This is a machine of no use to the defense of your society..set the tone for dismantling the trillion + dollar (so called) 'Defense budget" by putting this money into tax credits for alternative energy projects that are ready to go! lets get serious! Same goes for the car industry!!
