what's funny is that it has taken this degree of "take from the rich and give to the poor" for people to really say anything. It isn't just about mortgages, I don't want my hard earned dollars to go to myriad other entitlement programs and other bullshit that I don't believe in. All of the money for the bailouts and stimulus packages must come from somewhere. it isn't like we had a bunch of cash just sitting there in some superfund waiting for this rainy day. They are going to take the money from you and I. And that is money that we won't be able to spend to help save the economy at a grass roots level. The fact that our government representatives can't see that is amazing. in the long run all of these stimulus packages and bailouts are going to come back and bite us in the ass.
