I guess you are right. I just know, being from NY, that no one would create or publish such a cartoon if that were the intent. OK--its settled, JTA is right on this one and i think we can all agree that folks have to be careful with this stuff. By the way the woman in question lost her eyes, nose and jaw and is still in critical condition. I thought the cartoon in bad taste given her plight.
