MNDO,

For any of you deep value and legal experts out there, I'll throw out MNDO.

At tech company in Israel. Trading in the 0.60's, MNDO already has about 0.50 in cash, solid positive cashflows (at least for now), is buying back loads of stock, and has a potential auction rate preferred settlement that could be greater than the current market cap of the company.

Credit Suisse placed $20 million of MNDO's cash into CDO ARPs, the most toxic ARPs of all. This is marked near $0. The firm has an arbitration hearing in June to reclaim the money. Another firm suing Credit Suisse, ST Microelectronics, just won its arbitration case. However, I will admit the details of the ST Microelectronics case looked particularly criminal, so no guarantee of a win for MNDO. That's why I am looking for legal experts ...

Any and all comments welcome.
