A: I bought a house I could afford and put 30% down and am making my payments. Now I am going to be required to make someone elses mortgage payment because they bought more house then they could afford or outright lied about their income? I don't fucking think so.

B: As Rick Santelli put so well you can make these peoples interest rate -2% and they still can't afford the house.

C: To hell with them IMO.
