It's almost a digital option trade right now, which is not what I want to do.

At $9.50 this morning, the dividend is still intact, according to GE's head dufus.

The credit agencies will likely downgrade soon, as jumble mortgages are beginning to show stress and defaults. This is not good for the "investment grade" portions of GE Capital's books.

With Citi under $2 this morning, I would not be surprised if GE approaches $5. About where GE was trading back in 1989 when Welch was running the show.
