Nothing. Everyone has different experiences with different brokers. There is a thread on Schwab which is mostly positive but a few people say horrible things about them which is shocking to since I have found their service to be amazing. I think that they are disgruntled investors who hace lost money and looking to place blame on someone. Schwab always rates very high in Smart Money's ratings of the brokerage firms. I'm still not sure about the quality of Fidelity's executions but if you are satisfied, you certainly should stay with them
