On that same telephone he acknowledged the following could not be duplicated, that he then contracted another company to duplicate the success results, that they also failed to, and as a consequence Maxam discarded any rights to the process identified by Maxam's press releases to obtain a product to obtain a revenue from coal ash creation.

While a tape recording was not obtained of that telephone conversation, three individuals listened in on it and each has documented with certification to be presented later as true and factual information.

Now piece together a trail of the following Maxam news release to Maxam's stated facts mentioned above to the image attached that brings up a concern of "Really."
