I'm am in Apple territory Mons & Weds. I will keep all posted. No doubt if I prevail so will Apple. If I am defeated... short.

If you are indeed violating Apple's license then you shouldn't prevail. Apple is very generous with the width of trust they give customers.

If you refuse to purchase a new system based on Apple not letting you violate their software agreement then by all means go buy PC's and good riddance.

Most of us are giving you the benefit of the doubt but if you are a pirate then argh walk the plank mate!
