I appreciate the way that you show concern and check on folks from time to time -- though in this medium your ability to do so, is somewhat limited, right? We can always pray for one another, though.
Sometimes I wonder about Gore, Clinton, the environmentalists, population scare folks, etc. -- why they really promote their causes. Perhaps it's simply a lack of recognition of God as Creator. (Don't get me wrong -- I think we need to be good stewards of the earth, but these folks take it a step further it seems to me, thinking they are responsible for the provisions which are God's.)
But if God created the whole universe (I beleive He did) He can support however many human beings He wants on the face of it. Chemical pollution is a terrible thing but the land is really polluted by sin, right?
What's the verse in Tim. - I urge that prayers and petitions be made on behalf of all men especially those in authority. (BOV -Barry's own version)
Let's pray for our country and our leaders. There is a spark of good in all these men -- if they can just get past self-promotion to comprehend God.
