Roughly 40%, 37.5% to be exact of JNJ is pharma.
You could say that 74.3% of JNJ is healthcare related. so any serious govt jawboning may hurt JNJ with only its consumer goods serving as its alpha portfolio.

To be fair, the pharmas do not make anywhere near 99% margins.
As an investor, I dearly wish that were true.
There will be talks of healthcare reforms, but serious talks and draconian moves are not likely anytime soon.

Options on BRK does exist, it's call BRK class B shares.
