It's all "ideology." Even the notion that government should greatly expand to prevent the bleeding is "ideology."

And yes, I get it. We can't afford the risk of a depression, so doing something is safer than doing nothing. I'm actually a believer in doing something, as I have said repeatedly (but all you liberals keep ignoring anyway).

I just advocate doing the right things the right way, and in a very deliberate manner. Signing off on a thousand pages of legislation that hardly anyone has read is not responsible at all. In fact, that's no different than a couple of homebuyers signing papers without reading them, all to jump into a home they can't afford.
