Briefing.com lists this as news in its after the market news list. Does anyone think that anyone will react negatively to the stock based on this baseless litigation?

I'm not concerned about the merits of the case. I'm concerned about absurd market reaction.

Any one have a comment that will help me enjoy my weekend more regarding this?
