Karl FWIW-From what I have read about the Swiss their government is not the same "animal" as the US government. The Swiss government is not a strong entity therefore the country is really run by its citizens and not the central government. I believe most governmental decisions are made at the Canton level(equal to our states). Karl, glad to see you are hard at it this late Friday afternoon. Eldon Slife
