Moore's Law on silicon is in the home stretch. INTC is at 32 nanometers. I believe there are 4 more milestones along the road map, 22, 14, 10, and 7 nanometers. So, the final years will probably see some unanticipated turbulence for semi-equips and decades don't seem a reasonable play.
