I think his model has been bullish all along right? I mean if it was bearish he would have done something. Instead, he kept identifying so-called buying opportunities which presumes he thought the market was going higher. Although honestly I have come to side with those who think Bob doesn't do better than flipping a coin and his character flaws really seem to come out when he makes mistakes.
