Mario, Mr. Domini returned my call today and I can confirm what you already posted. TPG and LUNN are in a blackout period and not allowed to release any information that may be construed as hyping. I also learned that they will not be releasing earnings until after the merger, that they will be hiring an IR firm very shortly and that there are several announcements that will be made after the merger is official. I'm looking for the new contracts to be announced. The increased production of honeycomb material by LUNN's Alcore unit should also be a news release in my opinion. Everything looks good. Merger is effective one week from today. QUIET PERIOD IS ALMOST OVER!!!!!! Sergio
