lavalamp, As most readers of this board know, 300K is not above average volume for LGND. Yesterday's 418,000 shares was a 12% increase over its average volume as shown in today's IBD, so today's 300,000 was clearly below average. In fact the volume was so low, that big boys actually had to pay a premium to buy LGND today (as they have done for the past several days now - even 10K swaps pulled in a premium on the buy side a couple of days ago (10K was sold at 16 and 11 seconds later 10K was bought at 16 1/2!).
