Gary: When the first Nomai stuff came out - about the injunction being lifted in France or Germany, I can't remember which, there was no reaction from the market. It was only after some specious crap was written in Barrons by Abelson and by Herb Greenberg in the SF paper that the price suffered. Knowing that bunch, they'll probably try that one again. But, this looks like a nuisance suit - filed to leverage a settlement or licensing agreement.
