Your state has made a number of wrong decisions in its history as evidenced by its ranking as 48th in the country in terms of per capita income. Arkansas is a poor, rural state for the most part. No doubt about that. Yet, when incomes are adjusted by the cost of living, Arkansas fairs a bit better because we don't have housing bubbles here. As to "decisions in its history", I say you're full of shit. You don't know about any "decisions" in the history of Arkansas. We did have the misfortune of being run by Bill Clinton for a number of years, then a crooked Jim Guy Tucker. Is that what you mean?
