a reduction in income tax would be one of the best stimulus packages we could get. It would add to each individual's bottomline immediately. They could pay down debt and buy more stuff.

Maybe we should have the entire federal government take a pay cut and put salary caps on them...especially congress, so that we can afford to reduce income taxes.
