Very interesting stuff. The problem I have with that business is they became too cavalier in the way the bought , sold and traded mortgages. The arrogance they display in court was expected. They don't in many cases have the original note yet they want a court of law to make a claim against the individual. Too often the courts have just given benefit to to banks.

I think they should bring proper papers to make a claim.
