If anyone's reading this, GNVC is getting another sole source contract from Homeland Security for Foot and Mouth Vaccine development. Thanks to Catloverdan over on Yahoo, here's a link:

I believe tomorrow may be the first good day in awhile if the word of this contract spreads. I don't know that GNVC will issue a PR until they actually see an award, but the announcement was clear, GNVC will be paid in time.
