Not all self-employed people "bill" in the sense that a consultant does. How about a Mom and Pop retail store, for instance? Or a contract carpenter that get paid a flat rate? Or, for that matter, how do you think tejek "bills" that 15% against his trading profits? Oh, that's right....he doesn't which is why he isn't really self-employed.
