This is not below cash yet, but it already has a good chunk of cash and would receive even more if a June ARPs settlement comes in their favor. So there is litigation risk on this one (i.e., need a settlement in company's favor).

On the other hand, they company actually has been generating positivie cash flows and has been buying back stock, so at least the management is not as brain dead as some of these other zombies:
