Jeff, As I understand the release, Fab 18 will be now for both flash and logic. Since it was originally just flash, the flash business lost 1/2 a fab. What's interesting is logic picked up half a fab. Do you know when in 1999 the Haifa plant was scheduled to come on line? Has that changed now? The timeline has changed for increased production capacity. Since the Fort Worth plant was scheduled for Q3 1999 and is now moved to late 2000, logic capacity may be less in 1999 than otherwise (as will flash capacity), but there will be more logic capacity than projected from 2001 on. Any comments? Larry
