I have read that it is not clear why the governor thinks that these changes are permanent. I am very interested in understanding who is right on this one.

Does it really matter? The LA state legislature could pass a law that would meet the stimulus requirements and then sunset in a year or two, resulting in minimal impact on LA businesses.

This whole thing is about politics and running for the presidency. Jindal could give a damn about the citizens of LA.
