And all that will be true of all solar and wind infrastructure.

If one is worried about the oil and gas infrastructure, one should worry even more about the electrical transmission grid which is also wearing out. And which doesn't serve the greenie chosen future energy sources nor is it sufficient to provide power for massive transition of vehicles to electric.
