Fidelity did not have available shorts for PHK, and I don't want to be bothered with other brokerages.

I did get back into FAX, and boosted some junk bond positions like NCZ, HIH, HAV. FAX i think is back in bargain territory with a near 20% discount to NAV, for those not afraid of the currency risk.
