GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR February 23, 2009: UTOS posted a Force Majeure over the weekend shutting-in the pipeline due to an excessive amount of liquids being handled at the slug catcher. Tenn has finished pigging the Blue Water West Leg and will temporarily allow producers to resume flow. They are still in the process of pigging the Header and will require all East Leg producers to remain shut in until the process is complete. However, Tenn cautioned that At anytime during these pigging operations after flow is allowed to resume, Producers and Operators may be asked to temporarily limit or shut-in production. A weekly pigging schedule is in place through March.
