The government i.e. Obama are pumping the worse case scenario constantly-----undermining people's sense of self and confidence.

Remember that in the Primary Obama was saying it woulld take 2 terms to accomplish what he wants to do----whatever that is----first the stimulus---------and then the next part of his program.
