There was an article on NPR this morning on just that. People moving from eating out every night to eating prepared, frozen foods. One woman didn't want to cook at night because she didn't want to feel like a homemaker, but rather she wanted to remember the good old days when she was a big, swinging dick. Downside is the frozen food is expensive and has low nutritional value.
