I'm a holistic health counselor (my paying job. gg) and the focus of my counseling and teaching (I also develop healthy cooking recipes for magazines) is healthy whole foods. So I'm good there.

You're absolutely right though-- other than learning to manage stress, the best thing we can do is develop good sleep hygiene and eat a variety of fresh whole foods which we cook ourselves.

About frozen foods: frozen veggies are the best bargain in the world. Add them to eggs and whole grains and you're good to go.

As for the organic meals in the freezer, they tend to be overprocessed, loaded with stabilizers, and you're paying for advertizing, shipping, storage.

Ughhhh back to the pillow for me.
