Yes he is. I'll also give you a 16th reason, the guy has no class. A President that is going to comment on an actress's weight has zero respect for his office and has zero class. How about a 17th reason, he can't take any criticism. He lashes out at anybody who questions him either personally or through his nasty no class press secretary.
