I'm so sorry to read this about your hometown sawmill, coug. I hope it will re-open as they plan. It's these so-called temporary closings that are so worrisome...like a frog in slowly boiling water.

And you're right, we do have to help each other. seems to me a little convivial talk about food is a hell of a lot more helpful in grim times than bitter harping.
