For some reason, Omega 3 from linseed oil just doesn't cut it for effect on humans. This piece sounds like a rewrite of a Valorex PR release.

They feed the animals lineseed oil (not the people). The animals convert some fraction of it to more useful EPA/DHA, and, hopefully, their meat ends up having more Omega 3 and less Omega 6 AA.
