Bibi Netanyahu’s assumption of power in Israel sets the stage for a huge campaign by the Israeli government, and its well-oiled lobby groups in Washington, to push us into a war with Iran.

I've met him and he's a despicable pig but:

1) He has not been able to form a government yet. He has about five more weeks and then he has to return his mandate to the president.

2) How he governs, if he can form a coalition will depend greatly on who his coalition partners are.

3) Israeli governments rarely last.
