If this provision does shove it down the throats of governors who are of higher integrity than the Democrats, then I'm sure they'll go ahead and take it. This is what you call an "unfunded mandate". It seems Obama wants to return to the pre-Clinton welfare state. No one is forcing anyone to take the money. Jindal doesn't want the money? I am sure another governor will step up. This, of course, is typical of the liberal lie. Don't present all the facts. As usual. Of course, when you had a natural disaster that destroyed all business in the region, you would want more unemployment money. Nothing wrong with that, if you're going to pay into the federal fund, that's what it is there for. This situation is entirely different. But you being an idiot, would not recognize that, would you?
