You may not understand how school works. I think I understand. I just don't think that English 5 is a college course, which is what AP is supposed to be. Or it's college level only because we have dropped our standards. I also have a problem with skills subjects at the college level. People get degrees now in subjects that used to be offered in trade schools. In my mind, college should exercise the intellect, not improve skills. Well, at least they aren't giving degrees in basketball yet. Players need to at least make a pretense at studying something else. Yes, I realize that what is, is. I just don't like it much.
