Resident Agent Information Name: DALE W MCGHIE Address 1: 14595 CHAMY DR Address 2: City: RENO This guy has quite a history of being the RA for scams, including MLRE-Millionaire.com whose CEO told reuters that "Millionaire.com is not a scam" and then eventually signed a consent decree with the SEC that stated MLRE had committed several fraudulent acts that were aided and abetted by the CEO. Both of McGhie's phone numbers available through google seem to be disconnected. I've been trying to reach him, without success, regarding a corp that has him listed as the RA.
