"You spend a considerable amount of time spelling out the consequences of letting GM go under, yet you never implied that they should be bailed out?" When someone points at something, do you always look at their finger? Because that is what you have done here. I wasn't discussing bailing GM out. I was just using GM as an example. You do understand what an example is? Whether or not GM should be bailed out is a different issue. "I see what you did there." Based on the above, a dubious assertion at best.
